I'm Radu Zencenco. I come from a family of restaurant owners, and I studied Hotel Management at Stenden Hotel Management School. I've spent more than a decade in luxury hotel operations and development across Europe — operating and developing a range of food and beverage concepts, from bars to casual and fine dining.

My background is in luxury hospitality — the world where every restaurant has something most independents never get: someone watching the numbers every single day — food cost, supplier prices, margins — before small problems become expensive ones.

Independent restaurants don't get that. Not because owners don't care — they care more than anyone — but because a full-time financial manager is a luxury a single restaurant can't afford.
